⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Meow Hero Family I’m really satisfied with the service at Meow Hero Family! 🐾 My cats, Agan and Muezza, were very well taken care of throughout their stay. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond — every WhatsApp message was replied to promptly 👍🏻 What I love most is that they send daily updates with photos or videos, even when the cats are having their bath! 😍 It really gives peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. They also offer vet transport services for unvaccinated cats and a cat taxi service, which is super convenient. The price is reasonable for the quality of care provided. Highly recommended for cat owners who want to leave their fur babies with complete peace of mind ❤️

Repeated customer here! I truly recommend sending your cat here for grooming and boarding. Excellent service, easy communication through WhatsApp and their booking app, and the best part is they always update you about your cat’s status. So far, I’m really satisfied with their service. There is parking available, but it’s more suitable for drop off only as the space is limited. But no worries, the waiting time at the front desk is short, and you can also book their pet taxi for more convenience. While waiting for grooming, you can chill at the nearby mall

It was my first time coming here and I decided to try the premium spa grooming package. Overall, it was really good, my cat smelled amazing, the fur was super soft and everything felt very well done. However, I did notice that the ears weren’t cleaned properly. Even after the grooming, I still had to clean them myself and there was quite a bit of dirt. Just something to improve on. But overall, a pleasant experience and I’d still consider coming again!

one of best grooming center i’ve ever seen. I sent 4 cats here walked-in (no appointment) and they accepted us even though they were quite busy. The main desk staff is so nice and friendly. Thank you for your service, all my cats are now wangi hehe. The price is affordable. Will visit here again.
